  Biological Indices Based Susceptibility Determination of Soybean Genotypes against Tobacco Caterpillar (S. litura)

  Abstract
  In recent years, soybean growers are witnessing production instability due to outbreak of insect pests. Among the major defoliators infesting soybean crop, Tobacco caterpillar (Spodoptera litura Fab. (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae)), a pest of polyphagous nature, damages soybean crop in both vegetative and reproductive phase. Taking into consideration the importance of resistant cultivars as an important component of IPM and for the effective management of S. litura and safeguarding the farmers income, the present study has been designed to categorise different soybean genotypes on the basis of their susceptibility towards the S. litura infestation, based on various biological indices that have been computed on the basis of various observations taken during in-vitro biological studies of S. litura reared on different soybean genotypes. Out of 16 soybean genotypes screened, genotypes viz. JS 22-05, JS 335, JS 22-04 and JS 22-06 were found to be highly susceptible to S. litura and they registered highest mean values for all the biological indices. Seven genotypes viz. JS 22-02, JS 97-52, JS 21-73, JS 20-29, JS 21-17, JS 22-03 and JS 21-71 were found to be least susceptible to S. litura and the mean values computed for all the biological indices were found to be minimum. Whereas genotypes JS 22-09, NRC 86, JS 22-08, JS 22-01 and JS 21-72 were found to be moderately susceptible to S. litura.

  Knowledge and Attitudes of Nurses Towards Nutritional Support for HIV Positive Patients

  To combat HIV/AIDS spread, both antiretroviral therapy (ART) and nutritional support have play critical roles in the care of people who contracted Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Considering the limited number of qualified nutritionists, nurses are the primary health care providers complementing the role of the nutritionist to maintain optimal nutrition for healthcare users. Conversely, for people living with HIV, nutritional support service by nurses is lacking. This study aimed to describe nurse’ attitude and knowledge pertaining nutritional support of people living with HIV and AIDS at a selected public health care centres in KwaZulu-Natal. The study employed a quantitative research approach. Non-probability purposive sampling technique was employed in selecting the study setting from which 259 nursing respondents. The questionnaire was utilized to collect study data which was analysed using the SPSS version 25.There was a 100% response rate with most of the respondents being female nurses. Approximately 61.8% of the nurses demonstrated adequate nutritional knowledge, while 52.5% revealed positive attitudes. The study showed that most of the nurses had adequate knowledge and positive attitudes. This study recommends the formulation of nutritional standard protocols on nutritional support for people living with HIV (PLWHIV) and continuous dissemination among nursing professionals to enhance the translation of nurses’ nutritional knowledge into positive attitudes which ensure that people living with HIV and AIDS receive standardized, high quality and routine nutritional support, in line with the recommendations by the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (ASPEN) and World Health Organization (WHO).

  The aim of this study is to explore the understanding of key success factors of the e-managérial practice in the Tunisian companies. The identification of key success factors of the e-managerial practice is a basis for reflection in the development of the company`s future in the information and knowledge society. We consider the organizational and human factors, the role of ICT and the development of managerial skills as central to the success of the new e-managerial practice. We offer an explanatory original model of the key success.

  Abstract
  Ganges-Brahmaputra delta is one of the biggest deltas in the world. This delta is one of the most productive and beneficial areas in Bangladesh. Deltaic regions play an important role in biodiversity, economy, society, and sustainable development. The Ganges Brahmaputra delta is considered one of those deltaic areas, which can sustain a strong economy for a significantly large number of the population. Currently, Bangladesh, being an uprising maritime country planning to make the blue economy more sustainable. The aspects of the blue economy of Bangladesh are related to the Ganges-Brahmaputra delta in many ways. This paper describes the contribution of the Ganges-Brahmaputra delta for the development of maritime Bangladesh in means of economic and social factors, legal controls, possibilities, challenges, and government actions. The paper also illustrates the possibilities of the Ganges-Brahmaputra delta for ensuring economical sustainability in Bangladesh.

  Abstract
  Many applications in health, medicine, finance store their information in relational database. Users cannot precisely work with structured query languages like SQL unless they have strong prior knowledge in this field. Also SQL is difficult to expertise for non­technical users. Hence a long­standing goal is to allow the users to interact with database with natural language. The reason for Voice­Driven bot is it can also be an assistive technology for visually impaired people. The system involves 3 main phases : Speech to text, Text to SQL queries and Text to speech. In the First phase,the input is received as voice signals which will be used to predict the text from the audio file. Then in the second phase, SQL queries are generated from the text using encoder­ decoder mechanism and pick the one which is valid and less complex to fetch the results. The model is trained using the Spyder dataset which makes the model aware of relations between the tables. After that, the results are converted to complete sentence and delivered back as a voice reply to the user. The natural language query from the user is converted to text using Speech recognition. Deep Learning is used to train the neural networks on large scale data of questions and answers.Bridge model finds the table names, column names and the conditional operators. SQLite Database is used to fetch the results based on the generated query

  Consolidating goals of service-learning in tertiary institutions offering Technical and Vocational Education is gaining acceptance in other part of the developing nations around the world. Despite experiential learning adoption in education, higher institutions of learning employ the use of such experiential learning without considering pertinent statistical methods to guide the selection of the goals that can guide the implementation of the experiential learning in practice. Hence, this study deployed a structural equation modeling (SEM) to consolidate the goals of service-learning for TVE in Nigeria. The study was guided by three research questions and one null hypothesis was tested at 0.05 alpha value. Descriptive survey design was employed for the study. A sample of two hundred and sixty seven (267) samples that comprised of lecturers and administrators were randomly selected from fifteen tertiary institutions. Goals of service-learning in technical and vocational education questionnaire’ (GOSLITVEQ) that comprised of 15 items was used for data collection. A reliability coefficient of 0.83 was obtained for the questionnaire using Cronbach’s Alpha statistic. Structural equation modelling (SEM) specifically, the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was employed for data analysis using Analysis of Moment of Structure (AMOS). The finding revealed eight goals of service-learning that were deemed relevant for implementation in TVE. Based on the finding, the paper recommends eight goals of service-learning to Nigerian tertiary education institutions offering TVE for implementation of service-learning.

  Economic psychology is the economic thinking of individuals, groups, communities that aim to run a business by entering into production relations in different situations. Also, Economic Psychology studies the general laws and mechanisms of behavior related to economic behavior, the reflection of production relations in the minds of each economic entity. This article examines the issue of economic psychology, first of all, the organization of the individual`s attitude to the content and essence of his work, his attitudes, assessments, opinions, feelings, social attitudes, professional qualities or shortcomings, his behavior in the process of work.

  This paper aims in developing a portable module to monitor and protect the forest from the forest fire. Forest fire is a most important ecological threat which may leads to extinction of various species in the world. Here a portable modal is deigned, having a receiver section and a transmitter section to monitor the forest 24x7 in a automated manner and it provides alarming to the forest guards at the beginning to avoid the spread of fire.

  Abstract
  In the present era, municipal solid waste (MSW) production has become unrestrained due to rapid growth in population and urbanization. Therefore, people are facing various challenges such as health and environmental safety. Through the years, many steps were taken in sustainable development and clean generation. We also take towards reducing the amount of stagnant municipal waste stacked in the landfills. There are efficient processes like incineration, gasification, and pyrolysis, which contribute to a minor. However, these processes` contribution is limited to a tiny part to date. This study attempts to find a new perspective of reducing the stacked MSW to reduce the landfilled waste and handle the methane emission through which the Green House Gases (GHG) and climate changes can be tackled. In that process, the thought of creating a composite out of MSW with Epoxy resin has emerged. This paper focuses on preparing the composite and mechanical simulation using ANSYS Composite Pre-Post (ACP). Later, this data generated by ACP is compared with the theoretical calculation. In this study, validation of the ACP module`s accuracy was also done.

  Abstract
  Modernism relates to the reality of modern life and the elite identity human beings hold as the most creative beings. On the other hand, gothic refers to the unusual imaginations and the uncanny aspects of human attributes, events and sexuality. This paper is a research on the representation of the gothic entities of a modernist novel Sons and Lovers by D.H. Lawrence. Through the love relationships, Oedipus complex, contradictions of gender and representation of sexual desires, the novel explores the gothic reality of human minds and body. This research presents that gothic aspect of the modernist novel through qualitative research portraying the facts and notions of the events and characters sketched by Lawrence.
