  Abstract
  Bi₃TiNbO₉ compound is a good ferroelectric with high Curie temperature among other bismuth layered structure ferroelectric (BLSF) of Aurivillius family. To explore the plausible fundamental information about dielectric relaxation, observed in the radio frequency region, a criterion, based on the spectroscopic peak value along with its full width at half maximum, is necessary. In view of this, Voigt profile is fitted to the unsymmetrical bell shaped impedance spectroscopic data of our earlier work made on samarium modified Bi₃TiNbO₉ ceramics. In the present investigation, systematic studies like Lorentzian and Gaussian fitting were also made. Voigt profile (Vf and Vʹf) and its parameters are found to be useful to understand the dielectric relaxation mechanism. The results were corroborated to the Raman spectroscopic plots. Such systematic studies are hitherto not reported.

  Abstract
  Numerical computations of strength and stability of Aluminum in case of (100) loading are carried out by taking new analytic Embedded Atom Method (EAM). Computed value of theoretical strength of Aluminum is 9.216 GPa in tension and -38.657 GPa in compression which is same order in magnitude of the results of other investigators. Second phase is not found in compression.

  Abstract
  In this work was deduced the representation of an algorithm, developed in MATLAB, to calculate an electromagnetic scalar field utilizing differential operators to generate graphics about the electromagnetic spectrum, the distance X,Y of the field curvature, as well as the gradient example of the electromagnetic field. The main objective of this article is to compare the new GUI features of the algorithm developed in MATLAB to the previous algorithm as cited in the previous work of this paper, showing also the spectrum average of this new algorithm can reach, according to the differential operators values inserted into the code.

  Abstract
  Photovoltaic effect or phenomenon is the creation of a voltage and corresponding current in a material upon exposure to light energy following the principle that for every excitation there must be a response. The exposition of a solar cell to incident optical radiation excites the dislodgement of electrons hence the creation of holes and subsequent migration of opposite charges. The amount of voltage that can be generated is a function of the intensity of incident optical radiation and the position of the solar cell to such radiation. Measurements of illumination intensity from halogen and tungsten lamps by a digital lux meter and open circuit voltage, short circuit current as output parameters by volt- amp meter LCD display embedded in the solar power device was carried out. The evaluation of fill factor, maximum power and conversion efficiency as other output parameters in relation to illumination from the sources of light at varying angle and distance were carried out in this study also. The variation of the internal resistance of the cell with light intensity was also investigated. The maximum output voltage and current were realized at angle zero degree when the light ray falls at normal to the cell surface. The two 10Watts halogen lamp gave the highest illumination intensity of 116lx while the 40Watt and 60Watt tungsten lamp placed at 10cm from the solar cell indicated an intensity of 70lx and 25lx each. The results showed the strongly direct dependency of these parameters on illumination intensity and their inverse dependence on the tilt angle and distance of the illumination source. The internal resistance decreases with increasing intensity while the evaluated fill factor, maximum power and efficiency remain fairly constant but at an average value 0.53, 122mW and 55% respectively.

  Abstract
  Absorption and emission patterns are mechanically drawn in order to understand the transitional movement of electron from one energy state to another involved in the mechanism of luminescence study. Both the lower state orbital kinetic energy of the electron as well as the kinetic energy gained by the same revolving electron due to the absorption of photonic energy are responsible during absorption transition for the jumping of electron from lower energy state to higher energy state. Thus, the electron is gained by an excess amount of kinetic energy for uplifting from lower level to upper level against the electrostatic pull. Similarly, both the upper state orbital kinetic energy of the electron and the electrostatic pull are responsible during emission transition for the putting of electron from higher energy state to lower energy state. On reaching at the depth of lower orbit, the electron is strictly prohibited to fall further accordingly. Therefore, at this moment as soon as the electron enters into it’s lower orbit, only the orbital component of kinetic energy required for the revolutionary motion remains with the electron. The rest part of the kinetic energy of the electron is transformed into the photonic emission of luminescence light.

  Abstract
  The effect of cosmological parameter on rotation of boson star oscillations is studied. The study found that the amplitude of rotation of boson star ground state and excited state decreased under the correction of cosmological constant in the Lagrangian density of Boson star.
