Abstract :
HRD can be instrumental in making people sufficiently motivated, trained, informed, managed and empowered. HRD is the process of improving and developing skill , knowledge, aptitude and values of the employees based on present and future organizational requirements. The present study aims at measuring the HRD effectiveness of manufacturing organizations.
