Abstract :
The objective of this research paper focus on Researcher/Academician academic development in Higher Education. Teaching and learning processes will be improved. Find the main difficulties existing in teaching methods and learning way. We can say that Mathematical software shows as an excellent way to help the teaching and learning methods. This is especially useful for interdisciplinary courses like some problems interventions were applied to find the main difficulties in the teaching and learning methods.
