  Comparison components of water balance in sub-basins of Talar Watershed(North of IRAN) Using semi-distribution of SWAT model

  Abstract
  In this study, has been used soil and water Assessment Tool (SWAT) model for comparison of water balance components in Talar watershed of Mazandaran Province located of north IRAN. According to the available statistic for obtaining the output of the SWAT model, water year of 2003-2004 until 2006-2007 in 4 years, for model calibration and water year of 2008-2009 until 2009-2010 , in 2 years, for model validation.For examination accuracy, extracted data from the year of 2008-2009 until 2009-2010, in 2 years. As the results of this study, it was found about the amount of precipitation, with fluctuations, is distributed in all sub-basins of watersheds and Sub-basins 1 to 4 pay attention to rainfall regime in the end section of the catchment area , have volume of snow melting equal zero. In the rest of the sub-basins, the snow melting with fluctuations, are almost normal. Except for the sub-basin number 11, which melt snow more than the rest area. Potential evapotranspiration in the lower parts of the area is more than due to the higher average temperature compare of the upper areas. Therefore, this issue can be considered in terms of estimating about water balance of the area. In terms of sediment, the lower sub-basins of this region are less, which are more forest area. However, in the land use of forest, barren and pasture lands, the amount of sediment yield is higher, which should be consideration due to the soil condition and human factors.of the area

  Estimation of Surface Runoff by Soil Conservation Service Curve Number Model For Upper Cauvery Karnataka

  Abstract
  Accurate estimation of runoff and sediment yield amount is not only an important task in physiographic but also important for proper watershed management. Watershed is an ideal unit for planning and management of land and water resources. Direct runoff in a catchment depends on soil type, land cover and rainfall. Of the many methods available for estimating runoff from rainfall, the curve number method (SCS-CN) is the most popular. The curve number depends upon soil and land use characteristics. This study was conducted in the Upper Cauvery Karnataka using remote sensing and GIS. SCS-CN method has been used for surface runoff estimation for Eight watersheds of Upper Cauvery. The soil map and land use were created in the GIS environment, because the curve number method is used here as a distributed model. The major advantage of employing GIS in rainfall -runoff modelling is that more accurate sizing and catchment characterization can be achieved. Furthermore, the analysis can be performed much faster, especially when there is a complex mix of land use classes and different soil types. The results showed that the surface runoff ranged from 170.12-599.84 mm in the study area, when rainfall rates were received from 1042.65-1912 mm. To find the relationship between rainfall and runoff rates, The straight line equation was used, That was found there a strong correlation between Runoff and precipitation rates, The value correlation coefficient between them was 86%. The Average depth of runoff is more in watershed A4, Average runoff coefficient is less in Watershed B2, the correlation coefficient is high in A4 to a value of almost 95%. Through of these results, the study recommends take advantage of runoff rates by reserving them at collection of Watershed and then using them for agricultural purposes in the vicinity. This would be better than reserving water from the total area which is 10874.65 square kilometers, and then will evaporate or infiltrate before reaching the dam lake

  Is the Co-Movement Between Budget Deficit and Current Account Deficit Applicable to South Africa?

  The idea of the overall budget balance to have a statistically significant impact on the current account balance is known as the Twin deficits hypothesis, which this study seeks to investigate. We made use of annual macroeconomic data spanning from 1970 – 2017. Additionally, we utilized novel time-series cointegration techniques such as the ARDL Bounds and Granger causality analysis. From empirical tests, we find that the overall budget deficit and current account deficit are cointegrated. Furthermore, the real interest rate, real effective exchange rate and GDP are found to have a negative and statistically significant effect on the current account balance while the overall budget deficit, on the contrary, is found to have a positive and statistically significant effect on the current account deficit, at least in the short term. Granger causality test indicates uni-directional causation from budget deficit to current account deficit, lagged one period. Given these findings, we fail to reject the Twin Deficits Hypothesis within the context of South Africa. The policy implication is for the government to fix the fiscus to improve the budget stance and subsequently the current account stance. Improvements in tax administration efficiency and reductions in non-essential spending are a good starting point

  Two current method for calculating of statistical parameter about flood have been ordinary moments and maximum likelihood. Another new method for computation of this statistical parameters in the recent years,that using in the world have been linear moments that applied for assessment in different area of the world. The aim of this study was to evaluate this method in three selected stations with a length of 30 years in the watershed of Talar of Mazandaran Province, in order to evaluate the efficiency of this new method in this region and, if appropriate, to be used in flood studies in this region. The results of this study indicate that in the three selected stations in the region and with respect to the comparison of three methods of calculating statistical parameters used in peak flood discharge including Ordinary moment method, maximum likelihood method and linear moment method, in some stations linear moment method has higher accuracy from the previous custom methods that shows it is necessary to study this method for further flood studies.

  Abstract
  The teaching of Biology cannot be done effectively without interaction between the teacher, students and the environmental resources. Instructional materials use for teaching and learning by teachers usually stimulate self-activity on the part of the students. Due to the inadequate instructional materials in most of the senior secondary schools, there is needs to bring new innovative ways of providing available materials for effective teaching and learning. These issue bring about the idea of improvisation which is the art of using materials or equipment obtained from local environment or produced by the teacher and with the assistance of the local personnel to enhance instruction. This paper discussed on the conceptual meaning of biology, the importance as well as challenges during teaching and learning biology. It highlight the meaning of instructional materials and improvisation. The significance of improvisation and the factors militating the effective use of improvised materials were mentioned. This paper made some recommendations

  Abstract
  Inequality in Bangladesh has always been referred to as a major problem. The latest Household Income and Expenditure Survey released by the Bangladesh Statistical Bureau (BBS) found that the income share of the 10 percent of our population was 0.23 percent of the overall income. By contrast, the richest 5 percent’s share of income grew by 27.89 percent, up from 20.11 percent in 2010. This suggests that the bottom 10 percent’s share of the national income has decreased because the share of the richest 5 percent has increased staggeringly. The paper aims to analyze the relationship between happiness and socioeconomic background who are undergraduate and graduate students of a university. The goal of the study is to find out whether there is a relationship between socioeconomic inequality and happiness or not. This study examines, those who belong to middle-class families are happier and they are highly motivated and focused on their future.

  In Brazil, skin cancer is the one with the highest incidence and when an early diagnosis is made it is possible to treat and cure it. Solar radiation is directly linked to the onset of skin cancer. Photoprotection is characterized as the main measure to prevent ultraviolet radiation-related diseases. Therefore, a quantitative, exploratory and cross-sectional research was carried out with the objective of knowing the sun exposure and photoprotection habits of students the Aesthetics course at a university in the interior of Minas Gerais, Brazil. To perform the search was used an online form by Google Docs Forms. Although the risk of exaggerated sun exposure is widely known, as well as the importance of using sunscreen daily, even in a population composed of students of an Aesthetics course, daily adhesion to sunscreen was only reported by a minority of the sample, evidencing the need for awareness about skin cancer prevention.

  Unemployment, poverty and inequality are related phenomena. Any success in solving one of these troubles would suggest some success in fixing the other. ‘Poverty and unemployment are two sides of the same coin when we are going to solve one problem in the society, 2nd have been taken care with that. The poverty and unemployment at existing state of affairs are most extreme problems of Indian economy’. The Government`s policy and programmes have laid emphasis on poverty alleviation, generation of employment and earnings opportunities and provision of infrastructure and basic services to meet the wishes of rural poor. For realizing these objectives, self-employment and wage employment programmes continued to grant in one structure or other. As a measure to strengthen the grass root stage democracy. The National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) is an Indian job warranty scheme, enacted via regulation on August 25, 2005 and renamed as Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) on 2nd October, 2009 includes things to do below nine special heads to furnish employment to village communities and enhance their livelihoods. On February 2, 2006, amidst outstanding hype and hope, the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) came into force in 200 of India’s backward districts. In 2007, it was extended to cowl some other 130 districts and two with effect from April 1, two 2008 the two Act is two covering all rural India.

  Abstract
  European countries are concerned with a strong dependence on Russian energy resources and therefore such concern results in multiple consequences which are analyzed in the article. With an emphasis on the geopolitical aspects, the article examines and traces current trends and prospective solutions for energy security issues. Taking all perspectives of the modern geopolitics into account, based on the cases of Russian energy security and energy management the article observes in what way energy security is incorporated into geopolitical concepts such as the struggle for resources and markets. Case analysis provides specific examples of social discourse and the outcomes of energy security policy. Based on the case studies of Euro-Russian Energy trade, Russian energy resources management, the article demonstrates the growing interdependence of geopolitics and energy security.

  Abstract
  The study is about the perception of employees of different generation towards the change happening in the organization, in this paper detail description has been given to justify the current situation in the organization. It basically focuses on how employee perception from different generation differ from each other in case of working environment, training facilities, company infrastructure towards the organizational change. All the data collected for this study are through questionnaire. The study may be helpful for the different organization to address different generation while giving them any role in any projects. Basically the study has been done by keeping in mind as the Gen Z has entered the industry
